VISTA 無法上網

幫人整vista notebook
不能上網
拿不到ip , 中毒 ?
於是我關掉firewall
uninstall 了avt.. antivirus
但uninstall 不了norton
ping 127.0.0.1 都fail
即是連tcp 都有問題
上網找了不少資料
該是norton 作怪
果然是
還要用一個軟件來uninstall 才行! 煩!
